The cabin is located in western Butler County, Iowa approximately 5 miles southwest of Allison. It’s located along a paved county road just more than 3 miles south of State Highway 3, which provides access to US Highway 218. This 1100 square foot cabin sits on 38+ acres of recreational land close to the West Fork of the Cedar River, and contains a 320 square foot detached garage.

“Paradise”, as the cabin has affectionately been named, was recently fully renovated and an addition put on. It contains 2 large bedrooms with 2 bunkbeds in each bedroom, a large living room, an eat-in kitchen, and a full bathroom. With new systems in place, it has heat and air conditioning, so it can be used all year round.
The recreational land that the cabin sits on offers a perfect escape for the nature lover. It is ideal for deer hunting, waterfowl hunting, hiking, riding on the trails, and just enjoying every piece of nature that passes through the area.
